We have a max two day return policy for all false/unpaid recharges.
Please note that the recharges should false or amount not credited to customers/users, if you recharge with wrong number Prime Communications (t wallet) will not responsible for return it back.

If by any chance there is an issue or you are dissatisfied with the product(s) you ordered, don't worry! Returns are free* and we will take care of it end-to-end. All you need to do is simply email us at or SMS from register mobile no to us on +91-9637608224 (India Users) (between 10 AM to 7 PM India Time) telling us about the product(s) you would like to return and then sit back and relax. We will take care of the rest!
